Mandate that all government and registered religious-trust spending above Rs 1 lakh be published on one searchable portal within 72 hours — vendor, amount, purpose — with independent audit summaries posted yearly. Trade-off I'd accept: more admin overhead and some vendor pushback, in exchange for 'where did the money go?' having a public answer instead of a shouting match.
